Introduction of PLC Wire Mesh Welding Machine For 3D Fence Mesh

 

The Wire Mesh Welding Machine is a new highly automated wire mesh welding equipment developed by our company. It incorporates advanced electromechanical control and resistance welding technology (including fusion and spot welding) refined in recent years, and is tailored to meet the needs of the domestic market.Featuring a modular structural design, this machine facilitates future upgrades and functional modifications, providing flexibility to adapt to customers' evolving requirements.

 

This wire mesh welding machine retains the original welding machine main body. A Reciprocating Mesh Welding Machine body is installed on one side of the welding machine main body, and an automatic wire feeding machine is installed on the other side. An automatic material arranging machine is fixedly installed on the side of the automatic wire feeding machine away from the welding machine main body. By incorporating a feeding cart, hopper, wire gripping mechanism, and wire arranging mechanism, it replaces the traditional manual wire arrangement, thereby improving the working efficiency of the welded mesh machine.

 

According to its structure, it is divided into seven main sections: Longitudinal wire automatic feeding device, automatic material arranging, main mesh welding machine, transverse wire hopper automatic dropping, cyclic mesh pulling mechanism, bending machine (online bending), and robotic arm sheet picking and stacking. It features a novel design, a robust machine frame, and user-friendly operation, offering high cost-effectiveness.

1. The mesh length (fence height) can be adjusted arbitrarily 1000-2500 mm.

2. Vibration device is added to the cross wire feeding system to prevent wire winding.
3. The line wire and the cross wire are precise positioning, mesh panel is flat ,mesh hole is standard.
4. Cross wire spacing adjusted through the touch screen, different mesh sizes can set in the same mesh.
5. The upper and lower dies of the bending machine move at the same time to save time.
6. We can easily adjust the welding current when we need to weld different wire diameters.
7. We can set the output and stop the machine automatically after the mesh production finished.
8. Wire feeding,mesh welding, mesh bending, mesh stacking running together.High production efficiency.
9. Robot mesh stacking system can accurately and quickly place the mesh, saving labor cost.
